Lucy was hanging on to each page eager to hear what was said. When I explained to her how I knew AJ and her Mom her eyes lit up and she wants to plan a play date very soon!!! I loved hearing how they want to go and have conversations, and play with these kids but don’t know how. This book gave my kids the knowledge and courage to do just that! AJ is so brave telling people how a differently abled girl needs help sometimes. That it’s ok to be different and that she wants to have friends.
